Layout, cabinetry, countertop, and tile selections come together into one written, fixed-price proposal with a schedule range — no ballpark numbers, no verbal promises.
Permits & Scheduling
We pull required permits under CBC1264467, order materials, and lock a firm build start date. Nothing starts until paperwork and materials are confirmed.
Build — Daily Cleanup, Photo Updates
Floor protection, dust containment, and daily jobsite cleanup keep the house livable. You get photo progress updates throughout — not radio silence until the reveal.
Walkthrough & Written Warranty
We walk the finished space together, resolve any punch-list items, and hand you a signed written warranty. Your feedback and photo release also feed our review and gallery process.
